TEAM Group (Aust) undertook the overhaul of a Joy Super Combi for the BMA Broadmeadow Mine.

 

Our work covered the Pre-Overhaul audit inspection  and the subsequent overhaul of the:

• Drive motors

• Belt Storage

• Hydraulic unit

• Fluid Coupling

• Electrical Upgrades and compliance

• Winch

• Legs

• Jib

• Replacement of Belt Cleaning attachments

• Bash Plate refurbishment

• Pulleys - refurbishment with new lagging and bearings.

• Lugs and Tow Hitch. 

• Australian Standard Conveyor Guarding compliance.

• Anti-run back replacement.

TEAM was also required to undertake a full mock-up of the development conveyor equipment.  Utilising our 1000v power source and soft starter we were able to run up the drive motors on both the Combi and Super Combi.
